Mikaël and his team are constantly working towards his rise to F1. Every season is precious and decisive of Mikaël's future place in F1. It is a long winded project that has to start as early as possible in a racer's career.

Racers having the chance to reach the F1 circuit are younger than ever, for example:

- Nelson Piquet did his first F1 tryouts at 18 years old
- Fernando Alonzo got his first F1 wheel at the age of 19
- Lewis Hamilton started his F1 career at 20
- Nick Heidfeld started out as an F1 test driver at the age of 20
