Thursday February 4 at Laurier Québec was holding an activity for the Carnaval de Québec, the Bonhomme Carnaval cake.

The Club Optimiste, Carnaval volunteers, chefs cook of Québec and Saputo were taking part of this activity. The 15'x15' cake was prepared by the chefs and cooked at Saputo's installations.  Cake parts were distributed to peoples on site and more than 80% of the cake was sent to hospitals and to senior center.

Mikaël was invited to have few minutes speach to talk about its passion for racing and about his 2010 goals.

Mikaël will also attend to the canoe race on ice from the VIP room at the château Fronctenac on Sunday February 7.
